Corporate Team Expands Even Further - 03/03/2009

Dunham Law, the Northamptonshire Business Lawyers, have recently appointed another Corporate Lawyer to assist them with their business law caseload. Jenai Nissim, a three year qualified Corporate Lawyer, joins Douglas Iles, John Punni and the rest of the Corporate team at Dunham Law’s Northampton office in Swan Valley. Jenai joins the firm with a wealth of experience in Corporate transactional matters as well as the experience of many years advising shareholders, Company Directors and Partnerships in relation to a whole host of business law related matters. Jenai has particular expertise in relation to intellectual property, Corporate insolvency and Shareholder Agreements and disputes.
