The Commercial Property Team at Dunham Law are celebrating with a record month. Head of the Commercial Property Team, John Punni, informed Business Times that during the month of January he has completed a record number of commercial property transactions for a variety of clients across the county and beyond. Included in the portfolio of acquisitions and sales completed was the acquisition of Room 21, a public house bistro premises in Silver Street, Kettering, which has been acquired by local Pub chain Group, Dainstone Limited, the acquisition of an 8,000 feet office development for commercial Landlords and The George Hotel in Kettering. In addition the team assisted Seddon Boxes with the acquisition of new factory premises in Kettering. Head of the Commercial Property Team, John Punni, stated “despite everybody telling me time and time again that there are no property transactions occurring at the moment, we seem to have found that the complete opposite is true. We have made a conscious effort to keep in touch with all our property clients throughout the course of this current downturn and have been rewarded with some interesting and exciting instructions which have led to January being a record month for us. We hope that we manage to continue to buck the trend going forward. We always aim to demystify the conveyancing process as much as possible for our clients and to take all the stress and hassle of it away from them and, because of the depth of experience that we have in the team, we are able to move transactions forward without fuss and to take a commercial view on the many issues that always arise.
