In House Lawyer
Under this service we charge a set monthly retainer, for which we carry out an agreed number of hours providing legal advice and drafting. Under this scheme we become very close to our client which means that we learn the real dynamics of your business which in
turn means that we able to provide a better level of legal advice as our understanding of the dynamics of your business is greater.
Most of our clients who use our exclusive InHouse scheme ask us to communicate with third parties as an ‘inhouse’ lawyer and we are more than happy to accommodate with this.
Costings are obviously unique to each clients needs and circumstances. As a typical example of our fee structure we have a major internationally based client who uses our scheme. They pay £3000 plus VAT per month and for this we carry out 150 hours work per quarter (usually charged out at £250 per hour), which includes both legal advice and drafting of legal documents.
