2. we send you an email confirmation of your instruction and confirm all of the details

3. we send the debtor a first warning letter and post a copy in your secure area for you to view

4. we send a final letter confirming legal proceedings will follow and post a copy
    in your secure area for you to view

5. report to you with either payment of the debt or if payment has not been received confirmation that
    we can sue

6. we issue court procedings electronically and serve the debtor

7. we obtain judgement for payment of the debt
